Biography

Dr. Muhtahir O. Oloyede, is a Reader at the Department of Information Technology, Faculty of Communication and Information Sciences, University of Ilorin. He has served as the Head of Department, and the Deputy Director Laboratory to Product Centre of the University. He is a beneficiary of the Tshwane University of Technology Post-doctoral fellowship award and University of Pretoria Post-doctoral fellowship award. He has supervised undergraduate and postgraduate projects, and has held administrative positions. He has published articles in reputable journals, and conference proceedings. He is a registered member of professional bodies including Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria; Nigeria Society of Engineers; Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers; and Institute of Information Technology Professionals South Africa. His research interests include and not limited to Artificial intelligence, Cyber security, Machine learning, Energy management systems, and Computer vision
